What we collect, what we do with it, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

When you sign in with Google or Apple we receive your name, your email address and an account ID from that provider. That is all we take.

When you buy a plan we store the order:

  • The destination and plan length you chose.
  • The amount you paid and the payment reference from Flutterwave.
  • The eSIM issued to you, including its ICCID and activation details.
  • The date the plan was bought and the date it starts and ends.

We never see your card details. Flutterwave collects your card or bank information directly on their own page and sends us only a result: paid or not paid. Card numbers, CVVs and bank credentials never reach Zuwa and are not stored anywhere in our systems.

What we use it for

  • Taking payment for your order and matching it to your account.
  • Issuing your eSIM through our connectivity partner.
  • Emailing you the QR code and install instructions for the plan you bought.
  • Answering you when you contact support, and looking up your order when you do.
  • Telling you about your own plans, such as a plan that is about to end, if you have asked for those emails.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.

Who else handles it

Running the service means a few other companies process parts of your data on our behalf: a payment processor, a connectivity partner that issues the eSIM, an email provider that delivers your QR code, and the hosting and database providers that store the order. They receive only what they need to do their part, and they are not allowed to use it for anything else.

We also hand over data if the law requires it, for example a valid request from a Nigerian regulator or court.

How long we keep it

Your account and its order history stay while your account is open. We keep order and payment records for six years after the order, because tax and accounting rules in Nigeria require it, even if you close your account before then. Those retained records are limited to the order and payment details, not your wider profile.

eSIM details are kept for as long as the plan is usable, plus a support window afterwards so we can still help if something went wrong at the end of a trip.

Your rights

Email support@cosmoforge.org and we will:

  • Send you a copy of the data we hold on you.
  • Correct anything that is wrong.
  • Delete your account and your data, apart from the order and payment records we are required to keep.
  • Stop sending you any email that is not about an order you placed.

Deleting your account removes your order history from Zuwa, so you will lose the QR codes and install links stored here. An eSIM already installed on your phone keeps working until its plan ends. Save anything you still need before you ask us to delete it.

We reply to these requests within five working days. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission if you think we have handled your data badly.
