Terms of Service

What we sell, what you pay, and what we are responsible for.

Last updated 29 August 2026

Who we are

Zuwa is a product of Cosmoforge Limited, a company registered in Nigeria. When you buy a plan on this site, your contract is with us. Using Zuwa means you accept these terms.

What the service is

We sell prepaid mobile data plans delivered as an eSIM, for use while you travel. We buy network access from a connectivity partner and resell it to you. We do not own or run the mobile networks your phone connects to at your destination.

Every plan is data only. There are no voice minutes and no SMS on the Zuwa line. Your Nigerian number keeps working on your primary SIM.

What unlimited means

Plans are unlimited for the number of days you bought. There is no data cap you can hit and no plan is cut off for using too much.

Fair use applies. You get full speed up to 3GB each day. After that the connection drops to 1Mbps until midnight local time, then full speed returns. No plan is slowed below 1Mbps.

Your plan starts counting down the first time the eSIM connects to a network at your destination, not when you buy or install it. Plans are for personal travel use. We may suspend a line used for reselling access, for hotspot use that behaves like a fixed internet connection, or for anything illegal under local law.

Your account and your phone

You need a Google or Apple account to buy a plan. We use it to link eSIMs to you and to email your QR codes. Keep that account secure; anyone who can sign into it can see your eSIMs.

You need a phone that supports eSIM and is not locked to a Nigerian carrier. Checking that before you buy is your responsibility. We show the requirement at checkout and support can help you check, but a plan that cannot be installed because the phone does not support eSIM is not a provisioning failure.

You must be old enough to enter a contract, and 18 or over to pay.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown and charged in Naira. Plans are priced in US dollars by our partner and converted at the rate live at the moment you reach checkout, so the figure you see while browsing can move slightly before you pay. The amount on the Flutterwave payment page is the amount you are charged.

Flutterwave processes the payment. Their terms apply to the payment itself, and your bank may add its own charges for a foreign or card transaction. Your eSIM is issued once the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds.

If a payment is declined nothing is charged and no plan is issued. Any hold your bank placed clears on its own, normally within 24 hours.

Delivery

Your eSIM appears in My eSIMs as soon as it is issued, and we email you the QR code and install steps. Install it at home over Wi-Fi if you like. Once the plan has been issued, the data has been delivered, whether or not you install it.

Refunds

If you pay and the eSIM never issues, you get a full refund within five working days. A working eSIM that has been installed or used is not refundable, because the data has already been delivered. The Refund Policy covers this in full and forms part of these terms.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for issuing the plan you paid for, and for refunding you if we cannot.

We are not responsible for how the local networks perform. Coverage, speed and which networks your phone picks up vary by country, by area and by how busy the network is. Nothing on this site is a promise of a particular speed or of coverage in a particular place.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that follow from a connection problem, such as a missed booking, lost work, or a missed deadline. Where we are liable, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

None of this removes rights you have under Nigerian consumer law, or our liability for fraud.

Changes and contact

We may change these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the last update, and the terms that apply to an order are the ones published when you bought it. We may also suspend or close an account that abuses the service or pays fraudulently.

These terms are governed by Nigerian law. For anything here, email support@cosmoforge.org. See also our Privacy Policy.
