Email support@zuwa.app. We reply within one working day.
Include your order reference if you have one. You will find it on the order in My eSIMs and in the confirmation email we sent you. That reference is enough for us to find your payment, so there is nothing else to send.
Your eSIM has not arrived
If you paid and the eSIM has not appeared, it is usually still being issued. The order will be in My eSIMs while we work on it.
If it has not arrived within 15 minutes we email you and either send the eSIM or refund you in full. You do not need to chase us.
You have data but nothing is loading
Three things fix almost every case.
Data roaming must be on for the Zuwa line. Settings, Mobile Service, tap the Zuwa line, Mobile Data Options, Data Roaming on. This is the most common cause.
Mobile Data must be set to the Zuwa line. Settings, Mobile Service, Mobile Data, choose Zuwa.
Your plan has to have started. A plan begins counting down the first time the eSIM connects to a network at your destination, not when you buy or install it.
Your calls or texts stopped working
Your Zuwa line is data only. If you set it as your default line, calls and texts will not work.
Go to Settings, Mobile Service, Default Voice Line, and choose your Nigerian number. Calls and texts will work again straight away.
The line is called something else
On your iPhone the line may appear under the network’s own name rather than Zuwa. That is normal. You can rename it: Settings, Mobile Service, tap the line, Mobile Plan Label.
Refunds
If you paid and no working eSIM came out of it, you get a full refund within five working days. Our Refund Policy covers what qualifies and what does not.
